President & Executive Creative DirectorFrom a very young age, Amanda was captivated by the beauty of nature and felt a deep connection to the earth. While studying Environmental Policy at Warren Wilson College and receiving a Permaculture Design degree from Ecocentro Brazil, Amanda fell in love with gardening as a means of creating beauty, promoting food security, and as an experiential teaching tool to witness biology in action. After a 10 year career in urban agriculture, and helping to build a non profit that sustained 25 school garden programs on the West and South sides of Chicago, Amanda pursued a deeper creative outlet through floral design. Finding floristry and pursuing urban floriculture felt like a light bulb moment, where her love of design, celebrating nature, promoting sustainability, and bringing beauty into the world combined.

Bailey (she/her) grew up Brooklyn, NY and has a degree from the School of the Art Institute in Graphic Design, Photography and Illustration with a focus in science. She has been working in the floral event industry for ten years and has a passion for creating beautiful and unique things.

J.R. (he/they) is a proud Chicago native and floral artist. He has been working in the floral and event industries in Chicago for over ten years. His specialty is bouquet design and his favorite flower is a daffodil. When he is not in the studio, he spends his free time exploring his favorite city with his favorite girl...his dog, Lady Bird.
